Our goal is to not only maintain compliance with established clinical protocols, but to also benchmark all facets of workplace health services with an eye toward constant improvement.

CHD Meridian's approach to quality management and for achieving clinical excellence has several

- Selecting and credentialing highly-qualified clinical personnel
- Tracking clinical quality indicators and outcomes, thus providing clinical personnel with the information necessary to make improvements in care
- Obtaining feedback from patients and clients on a regular basis in order to continually monitor and improve service
- Monitoring internal quality control through the use of an extensive Clinical
Excellence Scorecard and peer review process
- Providing clinical oversight by Corporate and Regional Medical Directors and
multiple medical advisory boards
- Subjecting health centers to external accreditation
